Since opening in 1968, Auberge du Rempart, your restaurant in Eguisheim, has satisfied its customers with authentic meals. Our food is homemade and traditional, cooked with local and seasonal products. Also available all year long are our delicious tartes flambées prepared with our homemade dough and cooked in the wood oven. During the summer, as you’re sitting on the terrace, you’ll see them being prepared and cooked in front of you.
